Addressing COVID-19

Dear CUSTOMER,

According to the Governor of California's order, automotive dealerships and automotive parts and repair are considered essential businesses. With that, Jim Bagan Toyota will be reopening March 30th, 2020 with the following adjustments, please read carefully:

Service and Parts departments will be open Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. We are doing the following to ensure our facilities are a safe environment for both employees and customers:

  • We have implemented rigorous cleaning procedures and will continue to make hand sanitizer readily available. 
  • We are willing to pick up and deliver vehicles that need service, as well as deliver necessary parts to customers in our local area who do not feel comfortable bringing their vehicles in.
  • We are communicating with our employees to keep them informed on the best practices around in-person business interactions such as social distancing, refraining from handshaking, personal hygiene, etc. and are strictly enforcing our employee policy to stay home when feeling ill, and to only returning when safe to do so.


The sales showroom is now open by appointment only


We are doing our best to accommodate customers in need of a vehicle in these ways:

  • Our online express store allows you to complete a vehicle purchase 100% online. We will even deliver the vehicle to you with no additional cost! Express Store click and make sure to login for our special pricing!
  • We will be able to conduct mobile appraisals by sending one of our appraisers to your driveway to inspect your vehicle and give you a firm offer for your trade, even if you just want to sell your car to us.  
  • We are able to offer virtual test drive videos we can send you for your model of interest. 
  • We will work with our managers and be 100% transparent with you on every detail to make sure you're are getting the best deal. All Toyota Incentives that you qualify for will be honored and we will update you on all of them. 


In these uncertain times, we will continue daily assessments of this situation and assure you that we are doing our best to ensure the safety of all. We know buying a car may not be the biggest priority right now, but we are locally operated and are doing our best to support our community and trying to keep all of our employees employed.
